Our modern self-catering accommodation is suitable for two adults.

The accommodation comprises of a double bedroom, NEW (2012) bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen/diner and lounge area with electric fire, freeview television and double sofa bed (suitable for children only).

Patio windows lead to a small decking area.

Self-catering in Cornwall is a good option if you want to explore the many local pubs and restaurants, however, the option to enjoy breakfast in the B&B is always available.

The bar is also available to those enjoying the self-catering flat.

The self-catering flat is available throughout the year.

The weekly tariff varies dependant upon the week/month of booking and ranges from £350.00 to £575.00. 

The weekly tariff is based on two adults sharing, which includes bed linen and towels.  Each additional person will attract a charge of £25.00 per week to cover the provision of extra linen/towels/utilities.  Bath and hand towels are provided on a per person basis.

Breakfast can be taken in the B&B at £7.00 per person on an ad-hoc basis or pre-booked for seven mornings at £75.00 for two persons.

£1.00 coins are required for the electricity meter (light/heat/cooking).

Parking is available in our private car park.
